Steps to make Veld Grape chutney:
  1. Take a bunch of Veld grape plant and peel the outer skin lightly. And prepare the mentioned ingredients as well.
  2. Take a pan and add a drop of oil and roast the dry chilli and chana dal first and keep it aside. Then add the shallots,coconut and curry leaves and roast it. Finally add the cleaned veld grape and roast it well until the raw smell leaves. Finally add tamarind.Please do the above mentioned steps in the medium flame.
  3. Once the roasting process is done let it leave about ten minutes to cool it and take it into the blender and blend it with the salt as per taste.
  4. Finally,For the seasoning take a teaspoon of oil and add mustard seed and urad dhal and curry leaves. Add them into the grined veld grape paste. Tasty and healthy veld grape chutney is ready.
