  3. Then add the sour grapes and 1 cup of water, lower the fire and cover your pan and let the chicken cooks well for around 1 hour. Check the food several time to see if the water is enough and if you see that the water is so much lower than expected, you can add little bit more.
  4. After 1 hour test your chicken with a fork to make sure is completely cooked and if it wasn’t, give it more time.
  5. In the meantime, prepare your rice the way you like and after the chicken is ready, serve it beside the rice. Bon Apetit!
