To make this at home, all you need is a blender and a few basic ingredients and these coconut energy balls are ready in a jiffy. Combine coconut and cardamom in a pan over medium heat. Heat the coconut milk in a small skillet at medium heat. Add oil, sugar and salt and mix in.

Steps to make Coconut Laddoos:
  1. In a pan put ghee then add grated coconut and saute it as it turns light brown now add sugar and cardamom powder.
  2. After 5 mins add milk in it and stir well as coconut becomes thick switch off the gas. As batter becomes warm make balls and then give them the shape of laddoo, at last decorate it with almonds.

Heat the coconut milk in a small skillet at medium heat. Add oil, sugar and salt and mix in. You can also use some nuts to add a crunch. This is an easy recipe, gets done quickly and can be made even by a newbie in cooking. Generally, only the white part of the coconut is used.
