- Add elachi powder in it.Let it boil for 3-4 mins
- Add roasted coconut in it, milk powder, cream mix well
- Add dryfruits and poppy seeds mix well
- Let it cook till it gets dry
- Take a plate or tray, grease it with oil, add coconut (made with dryfruits)in it, spread it evenly, make slight cuts(mark pieces)on it.
- Let it dry on room temperature.
- When it gets dried, it's ready to eat.

Take a wide pan and add in the milk, sugar and fresh shredded coconut. Keep the pan on stove and start stirring on medium flame. If the milk boils over, try to reduce the flame to low for a couple of minutes and increase the flame again. The coconut burfi had a melt in the mouth soft texture.
