  2. Take 400 gms sugar powder
  3. Get 4 elaichi powder
  4. Make ready 15-20 chopped kaju badam pista mix for garnishing

  6. Take Pinch green color

  1. Heat kadai roste coconut powder for 3-4 min and keep aside in other plate.
  2. In same pan add sugar powder and same qty water make one taar chasni (syrup)add elaichi powder in to sugar syrup.
  3. Add roste coconut powder in to pan and well mix together.
  4. Coconut diveded in 32part in one part add red color 2nd part add green colour.
  5. Take one aluminuim cake mold square size and Grease it properly if you want to sprinkle coconut dry powder for dusting.
  6. Add green portion in layer 2nd layer red color and tap to mould.
  7. Keep in fridge for 30 min and unmold coconut burfi and pieces as well.
  8. Ready your coconut burfi garnish with chopped kaju badam and pistachino.

Take a wide pan and add in the milk, sugar and fresh shredded coconut. Keep the pan on stove and start stirring on medium flame. If the milk boils over, try to reduce the flame to low for a couple of minutes and increase the flame again. The coconut burfi had a melt in the mouth soft texture.
