Granulated sugar, egg yolks, a can of coconut milk, a couple tablespoons of coconut cream, some flour and corn starch for thickening, a pinch of salt, a splash of coconut rum, and sweetened coconut flakes are all that you need!

Steps to make Coconut Pudding:
  1. For the pudding - Heat the Coconut water until warm, then add Coconut Milk powder and whisk well so that no lumps are formed. Then boil the mixture.
  2. Just before switching off the gas add tender Coconut paste to the mixture.
  3. Divide the mixture in to 2 parts.
  4. In 2 separate pans heat the mixture and add corn flour premixed with milk to both the portions
  5. Add saffron to one of portions
  6. Stir mixture in both the pans till it becomes thick in consistency
  7. FOR GLASS DECORATION - Pour the white portion of Pudding in a glass placed in a slanting position and set for 5 mins.
  8. Now add the saffron pudding to glass and keep the glass in fridge for the pudding to set for approximately 45 mins.
  9. FOR COCONUT SHAPE DECORATION - Add the ingredients except coco powder to a pan and stir well till the mixture loses moisture and becomes dry.
  10. Divide the mixture in 2 portions. Add coco powder to one part and mix well
  11. FOR THE SHAPE - Take a glass bowl and add the white Coconut mixture to the inner portion of the bowl and mould it. Now cover the outer portion of the bowl with coco powder mixed coconut mixture and mould it in the shape of bowl.

Add the milk and coconut milk then whisk well to combine. Granulated sugar, egg yolks, a can of coconut milk, a couple tablespoons of coconut cream, some flour and corn starch for thickening, a pinch of salt, a splash of coconut rum, and sweetened coconut flakes are all that you need!
