  8. Take 1/4 tsp Mustard
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Urad dal

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in chili peppers, mustard seed, and cumin seeds. Cook until mustard seeds start to pop. To a blender add coconut, green chilies, ginger, salt and water.

Steps to make Coconut only Chutney:
  1. Grind coconut, green chilli, tamarind, salt into smooth paste. Transfer to the bowl.
  2. Heat small kadai add coconut oil, mustard, urad dal, hing, curry leaves and red chilli. Once done pour over the chutney..
  3. Serve hot with idli or dosa..
