- Heat the ghee in a pan low flame.add grated coconut. Fry it for 2-3mins on medium flame. Add sugar cook till sugar dissolves completely. Cook it till 80% of moisture from coconut should evaporate.
- When it starts lightly changing the colour, turn off the heat.
- Apply ghee on plate. Transfer into a plate and spread it evenly. Once it cool down, cut it into pieces. And serve.
