  1. Roast the chiroti rave with some ghee, till golden brown. Keep the water for boiling.once it starts boiling, add saffron strands, sugar, pineapple puree and chopped pineapple.
  2. After 5 mins of boiling, little by little add roasted rave with ghee. Keep mixing. In another kadai, fry some cashews and raisins in ghee. Add it to the kesaribath. Serve hot
