Coconut Ladoo also known as Nariyal ladoo is easy to make with basic ingredients which include desiccated coconut, milk and sugar by easy steps.

The ingredients needed to make Coconut laddo:
  1. Prepare Grated coconut
  2. Take Condense milk
  3. Get Powder milk

Add the cardamom powder (optional) and mix. Add the condensed milk and mix till all the coconut is coated with condensed milk. Roll each ladoo in dry shredded coconut powder to coat them evenly. You can also use some nuts to add a crunch.

Instructions to make Coconut laddo:
  1. Remove the back of the coconut and great it
  2. In a pan to the coconut and shallow fry it to make it dry, do that for 10 mins and keep aside
  3. In a different pan put the condenser milk, the coconut and the powder milk and keep stirring on a low heat do it for 5 minutes and bring it down from the fire
  4. Allow it to cook and mold it into ball shape
  5. Than use the remaining coconut to roll it inside and refrigerant…. Wow I promise you it's very delicious

Roll each ladoo in dry shredded coconut powder to coat them evenly. You can also use some nuts to add a crunch. A quick delicious treat to make for any occasion, celebration or festival like Holi, Ganesh chaturthi, Diwali or Navratri. Heat the coconut milk in a small skillet at medium heat. Add oil, sugar and salt and mix in.
