  2. Now add sugar as per your taste, and salt, then mixed it. Again boil for 2-3 mints. Now add 1tbsp raisin then add 1tbsp lemon juice, mixed it well. Now in a pan add 1tbsp refined oil and 1tsp mustard seeds, fry for few mints,then add it in chutney. Mixed it well. Now the ymmmy chutney is ready to served.

Add pineapple and simmer until soft. Strain pineapple and set aside, return juices to pan. Pare, core and finely chop pineapples. Add raisins, vinegar, onions, lemon juice, ginger, salt and spices; stir until well blended. The pineapple chutney is great spooned over pork chops, tenderloins, or jerk-seasoned chicken.
