- Add flour and mix it with hand (don't use spatula or hand whisk)
- Pour the batter in 8 inch square pan
- Bake it in pre heated oven at 180degree Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes
- Leave it at room temperature.. for 1 hour and refrigerate it for 1 hour
- Whip the whipping cream
- Now cut the sponge in 3 layers
- Soak the first layer with some syrup, apply cream and add some pineapples or fruit cocktail
- Repeat this process again with second and third layer
- Now decorate it according to you
- Refrigerate the cake for 6 hours then serve it
