  2. At the same time take a pan and heat oil in low flame now add cumin seeds then add chopped pineapple and mix well then add red chilli powder, salt, fennel seeds, sugar, cardamom seeds you can also add 5-6 drop lemon juice.and bake it untill oil levels the pan side.
  3. Now take dough ball and stuff pineapple mixture and roll it with soft hand and fry the pratha on tawa or pan.
  4. Pratha is ready to serve have it with pickle, curd or as you like.
