- Get 9-10 panner/Tofu cubes
- Take 2 Tbsp Raisins & Cashews

Clean the Pineapple and cut it into small pieces. Then add the Yellow Color, Pineapple Essence, and Sugar and mix it well. Pineapple Rice Pilaf is a tasty side dish that compliments just about anything! Pineapple and pineapple juice give it a slight sweetness that makes it a nice change from your ordinary rice side dish.
Steps to make Pineapple Pulao:
- Take 2tbsp oil in a pan. When oil is hot, put the paneer cubes in it and fry them until light brown. Transfer into a bowl and keep it aside. Now take 1 Tbsp oil in pan, add raisins & cashews in it and sauté for 1 minute.
- Now add chopped ginger garlic, sauté for another 1 minute then add sliced onion and sauté for a while. Next, add sliced carrot, beans, green peas and fry them until soft.
- Now add pineapple cubes, we mix it well and cook it for 30 seconds. Add salt, crushed black pepper, soya sauce, fried paneer/tofu cubes and mix well. Now add boiled rice, pineapple juice, pineapple extract and mix it well. Now add spring onion, simmer the flame and cook it for 2 minutes.
