  2. Get 9-10 panner/Tofu cubes

  16. Make ready 1 Tbsp Spring onion

Clean the Pineapple and cut it into small pieces. Then add the Yellow Color, Pineapple Essence, and Sugar and mix it well. Pineapple Rice Pilaf is a tasty side dish that compliments just about anything! Steps to make Pineapple Pulao:
  1. Take 2tbsp oil in a pan. When oil is hot, put the paneer cubes in it and fry them until light brown. Transfer into a bowl and keep it aside. Now take 1 Tbsp oil in pan, add raisins & cashews in it and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Now add chopped ginger garlic, sauté for another 1 minute then add sliced onion and sauté for a while. Next, add sliced carrot, beans, green peas and fry them until soft.
  3. Now add pineapple cubes, we mix it well and cook it for 30 seconds. Add salt, crushed black pepper, soya sauce, fried paneer/tofu cubes and mix well. Now add boiled rice, pineapple juice, pineapple extract and mix it well. Now add spring onion, simmer the flame and cook it for 2 minutes.
  4. Now switch off the flame and transfer into a serving plate. Enjoy the flavour of pineapple along with the rice 🍚 🍍 😋
