- Cut the papaya.remove seeds if present.luckily this papaya had no seeds so I remove the upper thin layer from flesh.
- Cut in small chunks.
- Add in chopper/grinder and grind into fine paste.I did not use water yet if you feel need add just little water
- When finely crumbly pasty take out. Pour in some jar or airtight box and keep in fridge. It can be freeze as well and use from time to time.
Papaya is a Natural Meat Tenderizer. Papaya paste is the more authentic way of doing it. It's a natural meat tenderiser that can be used not only in Indian marinades but any style of marinade. There is very little flavour in the papaya paste but it does do a good job at tenderising meat. By meat, I mean red meat.
