- Let the juice simmer, until it's almost dried up
- Then add the sugar and stir it for approximately 15mins. The texture should be thick enough that it won't fall from the spoon when you flip it
- Remove from the stove, let it cool and store it in a jar
- You can have it with bread or as a filling for any tart / cookies
