Mix this paste with the jowar (sorghum) flour and knead it into a dough with enough salt.   1. In a bowl mix both flour.Add chopped coriander leaves, onion, green chili, ginger,salt, chilly powder,carrom seeds,oil and knead soft dough with water.Cover and rest for 10 mint.
  2. Take a small portion of dough and make a ball. Roll it with the help of rolling pin like a chapati.
  3. Heat tawa and put the paratha over it. Roast on medium flame from both sides with desi ghee.
  4. Serve Jowar Prantha with dal and butter.
