Steps to make Veggies Biryani:
- Wash and soaked rice for half an hour.After that cook simple rice about 80%in rice cooker.
- One side we cook rice and on the other hand In a kadai heat oil add all washed and chopped veggies with red chilli powder,haldi,salt and garam masala cook on high flame.
- Now after cooking rice and vegetables.Heat heavy bottom pan or rice cooker pour ghee also add all spices when they splutter add one laddle cooked vegetables, curd, little salt and some red chilli powder stir well.
- Now put layer of rice over this again add layer of vegetables and then rice.
- Again final layer of veggies, sprinkle some dry pudina,sliced green chillies and cover with a lid cook for 2 to 4 min.on low flame.
- Off the flame let it cook on (dum) its own heat. Open the lid and Veggies Biryani is ready to serve garnish with coriander leaves.
