Grate the papaya pieces in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan and tamper cumin seeds. Now add green chilli and ginger to it. A novel papaya paratha recipe with grated raw payas mixed with salt and green chillies and stuffed into wheat flour balls.

- Take both the flour, add salt, oil, ajwain and flaxseed powder. Mix and knead the dough with water. Keep it aside for 15min.
- Grate the raw papaya. Take a pan, add oil heat it. Add cumin seeds, hing. Add green chili chopped. Now add coriander powder and red chili powder, stir and add grated raw papaya. Mix nicely and cook till it becomes dry. There should be no water in papaya mixture. Otherwise paratha wonβt come out well.
- Now take the dough, make ball size, roll it and stuff the mixture of papaya. Make paratha and put on the tawa /pan. Apply ghee on it. When it is cooked remove from tawa.
- Cook and serve with curd, pickle, sauce, or chutney.
