- Take 100 gr Chana daal

- Make fine paste.
- Add all dry fruits in the stuffing.It's ready.
- Now,make the dough of maida,oil and water as usually we make the gujhiya dough.
- Roll the dough and cut in round shape with the help of glass.
- Stuff it with daal mixture.
- As shown in picture make gujhiya.You can give it any shape.
- Now heat the oil in the heavy bottom kadahi.
- Fry all the gujhiya till it turns golden brown colour.
- It's ready to serve.
- If the stuffing left you can use it next time.You can keep this stuffing in freeze for a week.
