  4. Take a kadai and put some water to boil the grated papaya.
  5. Seive it and keep aside.
  6. Take 2 cups of sugar and 4 cups of water to make syrup.
  7. When syrup is ready add the boiled grated papaya in it. Add little amount of salt,cashewnut and raisin in it. Boil it for 10 mins.
  8. Put the gas off and make the chutney cool. After getting cooled, add lemon juice and garnish with almond and cherry slices.
  9. Put it into freezer until it is served.
