- Take 1 pack instant yeast (10gr)

- Get 1 tsp salt

Steps to make Mini Turkish Bread / Somun:
- Put instant yeast, sugar and salt into 1 glass of warm water and let it rest till 6-7 minutes and it will become like this (pict below)
- Put the flour & salt into bowl, mix well and then add the yeast
- Mix all well, let it rest until it raise around 40-50 minutes
- Knit the dough and make it into form like this, let it rest again for 20-30 minutes
- After 30 minutes it will become like this and make into somun form and polish the top with olive oil (u can skip)
- Ready to bake (remember to preheat the oven before) 230°C for 20-25 minutes
- Ready to serve
