Method: Take mixing bowl add grated Papaya, grated garlic cloves, chopped onion, coriander leaves,Cumin seeds, ajvain, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, jowar flour,rice flour, besan and mix well by using hand. Add little water if required and knead a soft dough.
Instructions to make Raw papaya Bhaji:
- Wash the papaya, peel it and grate the raw papaya.
- Crushed the garlic cloves and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and fry it for 1-2seconds.
- Then add crushed garlic and green chilli and cook it for 1-2 minutes.
- Then add grated papaya, turmeric powder and salt mix well.
- Sprinkle some water and cover the lid and cook it for 7-8minutes on low medium flame.
- Keep stirring in between.
- After 8 minutes turn off the flame and serve it.
Method: Take mixing bowl add grated Papaya, grated garlic cloves, chopped onion, coriander leaves,Cumin seeds, ajvain, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, jowar flour,rice flour, besan and mix well by using hand. Add little water if required and knead a soft dough. Divide dough into equal portion make a balls. In a bowl combine the sliced papaya, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida, and salt. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
