With clean hands dip into the dough and collect enough to fill the palm of your hands and drop little balls of dough into the hot oil by squeezing it through a sizeable hole between you thumb and index finger when folded. This will ensure that you get perfectly shaped mandasis of almost the same size
  7. Fry each ntil golden brown. Turning frequently after each side is lightly browned until the desired doneness is achieved
