  4. Dissolve the instant coffee with a teaspoon of water. Place all the topping item in the mixer bowl and whisk till creamy pipeable consistency.
  5. Pipe topping in circular motion on top of the risen buns. Bake in the oven at 175 Celsius for about 20 minutes.
