- Let it cool in normal temperature then take serving bowl and fill rabdi on bowl and refrigerate it for approx 2 to 3 hrs.
- After 3 hrs take out from refrigerator and garnish with some chopped dryfruits and serve chilled Rabdi.
- Add Sugar as per taste so you can reduce the quantity if needed.

Instructions Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan, let it simmer until its almost half of the original quantity.
