  1. Chop chocolate and add to a bowl, placed over a vessel with 1 cup boiling water, this is know as a double boiler.
  2. Add condensed milk and chopped softened unsalted butter.
  3. Once the mixture is melted then you may add flours, brown sugar, baking powder, cardamom and cocoa powder
  4. Mix everything well.
  5. Add mashed bananas and mix again.
  6. Add milk for required consistency.
  7. Preheat oven @180°C.
  8. Pour in a lined 6*8 inch cake pan.
  9. Put almond flakes on top.
  10. Place in oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Fudgy brownies are ready for you to enjoy.
  11. Eat during vratas for instant energy and keep your self for long hours. Serve with tea or coffee.
