  5. Now take small portions of the dough, make small balls.
  6. Roll it and make a little thick puri.
  7. Moderate the flame, deep fry the puri till crispy golden brown on both sides.
  8. Take out on a tissue so that extra oil is absorbed.
  9. Serve it with any curry.
