- Fry all balls in oil on low flame. Make small batches while frying. Add 5 to 6 balls in oil and fry on low flame.
- Fry all balls in oil on low flame until light brown.
- Then in A kadai add 2 cup sugar and 2 cup water. When sugar dissolves in water then switch off the flame.
- Then add all fried balls in sugar syrup. Then keep this aside for 5 to 6 hours.
- Here our jamuns are ready to serve.
- You can see jamuns are very soft inside also. They melts in mouth.
