Steps to make Instant Kesar milk Peda:
- Firstly,Thick a bottomed pan Nonstick pan heat a ghee.
- Add Condensed milk, reduce or increase the amount of Condensed milk depending on the sweetness you prefer.
- Add milk powder. Mix well keeping the flame on low.also mix and mash the lumps of milk powder if present. The milk powder before adding. Mix continuously, till the Condensed milk melts completely.
- Keep stirring the flame on low till the mixture thickens.add saffron Milk. Mix well keeping the flame on low.
- The mixture thickness and starts to separate from the pan.
- Add cardamom powder and ghee to enhance the flavour. Mix well turning off the gas mix till the soft dough turns soft and smooth.
- Spread the dough to cool slightly. Now scoop a tbsp of dough and prepare a ball.smooth and crack free ball by greasing ghee to hands. And place Almond at the centre and press gently.
- Kesar milk peda with milkmaid ready to serve.
