  2. Make ready 1 cup hung curd
  3. Take leaves Few curry
  4. Take 1 packet eno
  5. Get Salt as per taste
  6. Prepare 1 tspn red chilli powder
  7. Make ready 1 tspn amchur powder
  8. Make ready 1 tspn rai
  9. Get 1 tspn lemon juice
  10. Get 1 tbspn oil

Sprinkle some chaat masala over the fried idlis. Serve it with tea, coffee, chutney or sauce and relish eating. Suggestion: Make sure that while frying idlis, oil is sufficiently hot.

Instructions to make Instant besan fried idli:
  1. After cooling cut the idlis in pieces.. Take a pan add oil.. Once oil is heated add Rai and then curry leaves than add the idli pieces, salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder.. Mix them well.. Fry it for 3-5 mints lastly add lemon juice..
  2. Mix beasn curd and salt and keep aside for 20-25 mints..
  3. After 25 mints add eno and pour the batter in idli stand.. Apply few drops of oil so that after cooking it can easily come out..
  4. Pour 1 cup water in idle cooker/ pressure cooker place the idli stand and cover it.. In case you are using pressure cooker whistle should be removed becoz we need steam to prepare idli.. It will take 12-15 mints to cook.. Once idli are cooked let it cool down..
  5. Hot and yummy fried idlis are ready to eat..

Serve it with tea, coffee, chutney or sauce and relish eating. Suggestion: Make sure that while frying idlis, oil is sufficiently hot.
