  5. Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan (Use the same oil used for frying the chicken) Add ginger garlic and saute for a min.
  6. Add onions and saute till onion turns soft. Add vinegar and soya sauce.
  7. Add red chilli paste and sugar. Saute just for a min. Add water and cook till the sauce thickens.
  8. Add the chicken and toss well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves or spring onion greens and serve.
