  1. Firstly mash the boiled potatoes, mix gratted cabbage, carrot. Mix chillies then put salt and garam masala. At last add bread crumbs to it. Mix all things very well and keep it aside.
  2. Now prepare the batter for coating the chops. So to prepare the batter take 1/2 cup maida, 1/2cup cornflour, add ginger garlic paste and kashmiri mirch to it. Mix all well and a light red colour mixture will be ready.
  3. Now with the potatoes and veggies mixture make oval shapped Dow and fix it in ice cream stick. Do the same for all.
  4. Now coat it with batter prepared. Now gently fry all the dows and keep it in a tissue paper with all the oil get soaked in tissue paper.
  5. Now prepare the sause for coating the wings with it. For preparing the sause heat up a pan put some oil add finely cut ginger garlic. Now add red chilli sause, kashmiri mirch, and cornflour solution to it and salt to taste heat it till it become little thicker.
  6. Coat all the wings with the red sause simontaneously. And serve it with onion, carrot and cucumbers and 1 sliced lemon.

Serve this exotic snack with ketchup and chattni. In a large bowl add all the ingredients of the vegetable lollipop except the carrot sticks.
