  5. Add carrot grated,boiled smash potato mix it finely and make as balls.
  6. And then add water in wheat flour mix it as liquid and fry the semiya till golden.
  7. Take a ball dip into wheat flour liquid.take that and apply it on semiya, fry it with oil deeply on both side.
  8. Finally idly bonda ready and then use toothpicks as sticks. Idly lollypop ready.
