- Now take a sauce pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil to it.
- Add chopped ginger, garlic,green chillies and onions to it
- Add chopped capsicum to it.
- Saute it.
- Add vinegar,soy sauce, tomato sauce,green chillies and salt as per your taste.
- Stir it nicely and add water as per the requirement to make it a thick gravy.
- Add cornflour paste to make the gravy thick.
- When the sauce begins to bubble add the fried chicken pcs to it and toss it well.
- Make sure that the pcs coat the sauce gravy nicely.
- Serve it in a plate and you can garnish it with spring onions/chopped coriander leaves.
