In a small bowl mix the Sriracha sauce and BBQ sauce and set aside. Cut around the thin end bone tip of each chicken drumstick. Separate the skin and tendons attached to the narrow end of the drumstick and push the meat down toward the thick end. When the chicken is close to being done, add a sauce pan on with the maple syrup. Once warm, pull the sauce pan off and carefully dip each lollipop into the syrup until it is evenly coated.
