  3. Now in a bowl add all the sauces, sugar, salt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and 2-3 tbsp of water. Mix everything well and keep aside.
  4. Now heat another pan with a tbsp of oil. Add a tbsp of chopped garlic and the mixture of sauces. Saute until raw smell goes away and then add the chicken pieces. Coat and mix well for 2 minutes. Garnish with cilantro or spring onions. Done
