- First take a grinder jar add watermelon, mint leaves, sugar and 5-6 ice cubes blend it for 1-2 minutes.
- Strain it in a bowl with a strainer. Now add black salt and lemon juice.mix well
- Take a glass put some ice cubes then pour the ready sharbat into glass garnish with mint leaves and serve.

Add sliced watermelon to a high-speed blender and blend on high until well blended. You can add a bit of lime juice to taste at this point if you'd prefer some acidity.
