I have used peanuts here, which lend a bite and crunch to the soft ukadpendi.. We make Jowar Roti (Jolada Rotti) using Jowar flour. Jowar Poori is contribution with my earlier millet poori recipes. Instructions to make Jowar Marble Dhokla:
- Take Jowar Flour and Suji in a container. Add Buttermilk, mix properly and let rest for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Add oil and the divide the batter into two equal portions. Add green chutney to one portion and Turmeric Powder to another portion. Mix properly.
- Add one Eno sachet to each portion. Fold it slowly. Take 1 spoon of Yellow batter put it in mould. Add 1 spoon of green batter to it. Repeat the process once with both the batters. Make design with the help of toothpick.
- Steam on high flame for 10 minutes. Remove from the steamer and let it cool.
- Remove from mould. Jowar Dhokla are ready to serve. Enjoy with Tomato ketchup or Green Chutney
