  1. In a bowl take Mutton Mince. Add baking soda and knead for 7-10 mince with hand and rest it for 30 minutes
  2. After 30 minutes add corn flour and maize flour. Knead it well and again rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Add salt and all spices and knead it for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add chopped onion, green chillies and fresh coriander leaves and mix/knead it well for 10 minutes by hand.
  5. Rest it for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes made balls from the mince mixture. Flatten in hand in round shape/kabab shapes and put it in a plate.
  7. Now take oil in a pan and heat up. Put kababs one by one in the pan and cook till it's color change and cook properly. Time to time turn it so that both sides Cook properly.
