- Prepare 1 cup Gobindobhog rice /idli rice
- Make ready 1/2 cup Kolai dal/urad dal
- Prepare 1/3 cup Flattered rice
- Prepare As per taste Salt

Ingredients - Suji, baking powder, curd. Special utensil - An idli container (). Fill half a bowl with suji powder. Add a quarter glass of water.
Instructions to make Quick Idli recipe:
- In a bowl Soak 1cup gobindobhog rice/idli rice. Another bowl soak 1/2cup urad dal/kolai dal and 1/3cup flattered rice. For 5-6 hours. Then blend all.
- Blend like this. In a bowl add the mixer.then add salt as per your taste. Mixed it well.
- Now boil water in a pan. In a idli stand brush with oil. Then pour the idli mixer in it.
- Steam it for 10-15 minutes in low medium flame. Then check it. Let it be cooled for few minutes.
- Then serve it.
Fill half a bowl with suji powder. Add a quarter glass of water. Mix the ingredients in the bowl. In a mixing bowl, add the fried Rava mixture, oats powder, curd, salt, coriander leaves. Stir and check for the consistency of the batter, if it is too thick add water, and half a teaspoon of Eno salt.
