  1. Take 3/4 cup Wheat flour
  2. Get 1/2 bowl Grated jaggery / gur
  3. Take 1/2 bowl Clarified butter / ghee
  4. Take 1 pinch Nutmeg powder / jaiphal powder
  5. Get As required Crushed cashew nuts for garnishing

Instructions to make Sukadi Gujarati recipe:
  1. Heat clarified butter / ghee in heavy bottom pan and add wheat flour.
  2. Roast the wheat flour on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
  3. After stirring further for 10 - 15 mins turn off the flame.
  4. Add grated jaggery after turning off the flame.
  5. Add nutmeg /jaiphal powder and mix well.
  6. Mix gently and put it in a greased plate.
  7. Garnish with crushed cashew nuts.
  8. After half an hour cut them in shape.
