- Take a bowl in that add besan flour, turmeric powder and salt and water and mix it nicely and thick free flowing batter
- Now take a Kadai heat oil. When oil is heated. Take the batata balls dip in the besan batter and nicely coat it and put in the Kadai. Deep fry the batata Vada till light golden brown on medium flame.Your batata Vada is ready. You can serve with pav
