  1. In a big bowl, add maida and icing sugar and baking soda ;mix it well.
  2. In an another bowl add oil and milk and some part of maida, sugar and baking soda mixture and mix it nicely. Now add the remaining part of the mixture and add water and mix it nicely so that no lumps are formed.
  3. Now add 2-3 spoons of blackcurrant crush and mix it well so that a proper consistency is achieved.
  4. Now grease the baking dish and pour the batter into it.
  5. Now keep it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 mins.
  6. When it is done add the remaining blackcurrant crush on the top of cake and it is ready to eat.
