  2. Prepare 25 Gm Powder Sugar
  3. Take 75 Gm Maida
  4. Prepare 2 Drop Rose Essence
  5. Get Few Drop Rose colour

How to Make Rose Cookies Mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth slightly thick batter. Heat oil in a deep pan and place the rose cookie mould into the oil to heat it. When the mould is hot enough dip it half way into the batter. The rose shortbread cookies surprisingly do not have an overwhelming flavor of rose, it's very subtle as most of the rose water evaporated off during the baking process.

Instructions to make Rose Cookies:
  1. Take a bowl add Butter and sugar and mix well till light and Fluffy.
  2. Now stain Maida and add into butter mixture and knead a dough, now devide into two part and add colour and essence in one part and mix well, then refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Now our dough has got set, take out and give your desired shapes.
  4. Now bake on pre-heated kadai at low-medium flame for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Store in a air tight jar.

When the mould is hot enough dip it half way into the batter.
