- After onion softens a bit add paneer and mix it and cook it for another 1- 2 mins.
- Then after 2 mins add all the spices 1 black cardamom,1 tbs black paper,salt to taste,10 grams cinnamon sticks,6 cloves,10-12 almond,green cardamom,5 chopped chilli, 1 tbs garam masala, and cook it for 1 min
- After 1 min open the lid and add 1 cup of warm water and cook it again for 1 min
- Directions for rice: - Boil water in a pan, add cumin, salt and lemon juice in it. - Add rice and cook them cook on low flame until 80% cooked
- Directions for assembling: roll out the dough into a large disk in round shape.
- Grease a glass bowl with melted butter.
- Put the dough in glass bowl, covering all the sides properly.
- Now make layers with rice, paneer gravy, peas, carrots, fried onion and coriander leaves.
- Sprinkle almonds, cashew, saffron water and green chilies on top. Cover it with dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden.
Served with raita and cucumber onion salad.
