  3. Heat a tawa or pan spread oil pour 2-3 spoonful of batter and spread in circular motion it should be thick..
  4. Spread the chopped veggies above it..
  5. Cook it from both sides by applying oil..
  6. Vegetable uttapam is ready to serve..
