  1. Firstly heat ghee into a heavy bottom pan.
  2. Further saute raw papaya in hot ghee in low flame for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add milk simmer upon low flame and simmer until it's milk become half.
  4. Further add sugar as per taste and mix well.
  5. Now add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.
  6. At last garnishing with saffron.
  7. Enjoy papaya kheer in festivals.

Add rose water stir & remove from heat, bring out in a bowl decorate & cool in the fridge.
