In pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Divide the chicken mixture into equal lemon sized balls and shape each of them into a cutlet. Then dip the cutlets in beaten egg and milk mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.
