  1. First dry roast atta or wheat flour for 10 minutes then add ghee to make it more flavorful and aromatic.cook at low flame until looks golden and aromatic

  3. Add all roasted nuts and other ingredients into roasted flour but not sugar.
  4. After roasting for 15 minutes again then add sugar in the end.mix well for 7 to 8 minutes just turn off the gas.
